This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the action of respondent No.1 in issuing the impugned e-procurement short tender notice (2nd call) bearing No.ME/E1/7/2015 Outsourcing Labour, dated 31-10-2015, calling for tenders for supply of man power for maintenance of sanitation and water supply, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to finalise the said notice as per the procedure prescribed under the tender rules.

At the hearing, Mr.Raj Kumar Rudra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
