This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of Certiorari and call for the records relating to the Award passed in ID No.124/01 dated 30.08.2003 on the file of the Labour Court, Warangal and quash the same, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. As per the orders of this court dated 29.12.2010, the writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed. The petitioner has not taken any steps for restoration of the writ petition against the first respondent. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
