Sri M. Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 09.03.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that his client intends to withdraw the Writ Petition No.41483 of 2016. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
