O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri J.Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 02.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21094 of 2014 has since been complied with, but would contend that the delay on the part of the respondents in its compliance should be taken serious note of.

Though we are in agreement that the authorities are bound to honour and abide by the time stipulations fixed by this Court, and in the event no such time stipulation is fixed, abide by the mandate of the relevant rules, we are not inclined to take a serious view of the delay on the part of the respondents in complying with the order in the present case.
