HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1505 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order dated 26-062015 passed in Crl.A.No.898 of 2014 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District, confirming the order dated 25-04-2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.938 of 2013 in D.V.C.No.38 of 2009 by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Respondent Nos.2 and filed the above Crl.M.P.No.938 of 2013 seeking to grant interim orders in favour of them. The trial Court granted interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to both Respondent Nos.1 and 2. On appeal filed by petitioners herein, the lower appellate Court confirmed the order passed by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners filed the present revision. Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows:

The petitioner No.1 is directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to both Respondent Nos.2 and 3 from the date of the above Crl.M.P. till the disposal of

D.V.C. and he is also directed to pay the maintenance on or before 10th of every succeeding month and further he is also directed to pay 50% of arrears of maintenance on or before 30-09-2015. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the D.V.C. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
