THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.314 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 4 0 7 Cr.P.C., seeking to withdraw Crime No.194 of 2012 of Miryalaguda I-Town Police Station on the file of Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and transfer the same to the Court of Special Sessions Judge for trial of SC/ST's Court, Nalgonda, to try along with SC No.82 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter pertains to the year 2014. No stay was granted by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 23, 2016.
