Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law against the order dated 15.03.2013 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sircilla. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
