HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13035 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in showing the land belonging to the petitioners in Sy.No.200/3 and 200/4 of Keesar Village, Keesar Mandal as the ceiling land as illegal. Learned Counsel for the petitioner says that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by decision of Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch, dated 23-12-2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and following the same, a Division Bench of this Court also disposed of W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 23-12-2015 in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch and W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
