THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.6283 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri D.Raghavulu, learned counsel representing Sri T.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous, but would request that leave be granted to the petitioner to approach the statutory authority for redressal of their grievances as and when cause of action arises. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
