THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2843 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition at the admission stage, no notice was ordered to the respondent.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 01.12.2014 in CMA.No.24 of 2011 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, West Godavari District at Kovvur confirming the order dated 09.03.2010 in I.A.No.34 of 2010 in O.S.No.10 of 2010 passed by the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur granting interim injunction in favour of the respondent herein.

3. In view of the operation of the order of interim injunction for the last five years, this Court is not inclined to admit the present Civil Revision Petition. However, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, directing the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur to dispose of O.S.No.10 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
