HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 44540 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners' application dated 03.03.2016 submitted through mee-seva to conduct survey in respect of land admeasuring Ac.32.12 gts., in Sy.No.1041/ A/ 6 of Kanchanapalli Village, Raghunathapalli Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust;

and consequently, direct the respondent-authorities to conduct the survey in respect of the above said land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that that under similar circumstances in W.P.No.39253 of 2016, this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to conduct survey of the land in dispute by considering the application made by the petitioners therein. In view of the same, the present writ petition may be disposed of. 3.

Having regard to the above; taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and following the direction of this Court in W.P.No.39253 of 2016, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to cause survey for demarcating the land of the petitioners by considering the application dated 03.03.2016 and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order after issuing notice to the petitioners and other affected parties. It is needless to mention that the respondentauthorities shall communicate its decision to the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
