Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

In this Writ Petition, refusal order No.125/2019 dt.30-08-2019 issued by 3rd respondent is challenged wherein the 3rd respondent has refused to register the document presented by petitioner by placing reliance on the notification dt.26-09-2013 issued by the Collector, Ranga Reddy District.

This Court, on 03-01-2019 in W.P.No.47984 of 2018 has held that the said notification as held to be invalid in law and this Court had directed that registration authorities should ignore the same. 5.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is allowed; the order dt.30-08-2019 passed by 3rd respondent in Refusal order No.125/2019 is set aside; the 3rd respondent is directed to receive the document presented by petitioner, if it is otherwise in accordance with law, Registration Act, 1908 and Stamp Act, 1899, and register it and release it to the petitioner within three (03) weeks. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
