THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.3659 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 & A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2015 on the file of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad for the offence under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet has already been filed by the police.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition has become infructious and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition if they are aggrieved by the final report filed by the police.
