This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt.24.04.2015 in I.A.No.15 of 2015 in A.S.No.32 of 2012 passed by Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur, dismissing the application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC seeking leave of this Court to amend the plaint. It is brought to the notice of this Court that A.S.No.32 of 2012 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Hindupur, Annanthapur District, has been disposed of on 07.09.2016 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
