This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw C.C. No.501 of 2013 from the file of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for trial along with C.C. No.870 of 2011.

In the course of submissions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Calendar Case sought to be transferred, has already been disposed of and nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition. 3.

In view of the same, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
