The case of the petitioner is that he is the resident of house bearing No.22-11, Kasturba colony, Husnabad Village and Mandal, Siddipet District and belongs to SC caste and community. The electricity authorities under the scheme of "Intiki Deepam" gave free electricity connection to the SC colony people including the petitioner's house. While so, on 05.07.2016, the staff of the respondents disconnected the electricity connection to the petitioner's house, without any notice. With regard to the same, the petitioner made representation on 28.10.2016 for restoration of the electricity connection. As no action has been initiated, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
