W.P.M.P.No. 10611 of 2017 has been taken out to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, W.P.M.P.No. 10611 of 2017 is allowed. The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 12.06.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 19181 of 2013 shall automatically stand dissolved.
