This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2 aggrieved by the docket order, dated 30.11.2017, passed in I.A.No.738 of 2017 in O.S.No.872 of 2001 by the VII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, wherein the Court below has dismissed the subject Interlocutory Application filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2 and respondent No.4/ plaintiff No.1, under Order XI Rule 1 read with Section 151 C.P.C., seeking to grant leave to the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2 and respondent No.4/ plaintiff No.1 to deliver the interrogatories mentioned at the foot of the application and respondent No.3/ defendant No.3 to answer the same, for effective disposal of the subject Suit. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2 and perused the record.

In the impugned order, the Court below has observed that it is left open to the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2 to ask the questions, which were proposed to be put to respondent No.3/ defendant No.3, in the course of cross-examination of respondent No.3/ defendant No.3. Such an observation made by the Court below would not materially affect the contentions put forth on behalf of the revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.2. There is no legal infirmity in the impugned order. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
