Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of 3rd respondent in disposing of petitioner's application dt.03-09-2019 for issuance of Rythu Bandhu Passbook to the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of application of petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.03-09-2019 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
