THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.146 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for non-consideration of the application of the petitioners for survey and demarcation of Plot bearing Nos.41 to 44 situated in Survey No.2 of Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam District.

As per the circular instructions, there cannot be any survey of plots in the layout, but, survey of the entire land can be conducted. Since the application of the petitioners was filed way back in the year 2012 and though the present Writ Petition was filed in the year 2013, no further steps were taken, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to submit a fresh application by paying the due amount required for survey, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an application is filed, it is needless to observe that the appropriate authority shall take further action in accordance with law.
