THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21452 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application on 10.08.2019 in Form 6A for mutation of his name in revenue records to the 2nd respondent, but the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
