THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2583 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 09.08.2006 issued by the fourth respondent and the action of the respondents in not paying the subsistence allowance from the date of suspension. The proceedings dated 09.08.2006 deals with suspension of the petitioner from service.

This Court passed detailed orders on 13.04.2010 and 09.06.2010 directing the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance, which is due to the petitioner.

In view of the nature of the impugned order which was only an order of suspension and in view of the direction to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner way back in 2010, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
