HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29893 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent issued notice dated 11.09.2015 in pursuance to the remand order dated 23.03.2015 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial in appeal No.G/1187/2015 and that no further action has been taken there after. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, since notice is already issued by the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks after considering the objections raised by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
