THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1074 of 2016 ORDER:

Smt. Manchikalapati Renuka, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the institution of this writ petition, the appeal pending before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Ongole, Prakasam District, the 3rd respondent herein, has itself been dismissed. She therefore seeks leave to permit her client to challenge the subsequent proceedings.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order dismissing his appeal.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
