HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1339 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 25.11.2019. With the issuance of the said proceedings, the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.
