It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services that in similar circumstances, an order dated 24.08.2021 was passed by this court in W.P.No.19864 of 2021 and the present writ petitions may also be disposed of on the same lines.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority by submitting representations along with relevant documents in support of their claim. On receipt of such representations, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon as expeditiously as possible. 3.
