This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T S Anirudh Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and none appeared for the Respondent No. 2. The Court made the following: ORDER

,{ THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6229 0F 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in P.R.C.No.03 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Flrst Class Magistrate, Parigi, Vikarabad District. The offence alleged against him is under Section 304-8 of Indian Penal Code.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and Sessions Case No.3 of 2020 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner-Accused No.4 is at liberty to move this Couft seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
