This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the fourth respondent in not taking action on the petitioner's report, dated 01.09.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 29.10.2019, which is placed on record, would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 01.09.2019, a GD entry was made, and after enquiry, a case in Crime No.155 of 2019 under Sections 323, 504 and 509 read with Section 34 IPC was registered on the file of Chinthapalli Police Station, on 07.10.2019. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the registration of the crime has been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
