HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18420 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner alleges that respondent Nos 3 to 5 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.6 and calling him to the police station to settle the same.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent No.6 gave complaint against the petitioner, who is her husband regarding matrimonial disputes between herself and the petitioner. That the said complaint was enquired into and found that the same is in civil nature and in that regard, a letter was issued on 08-06-2018 to respondent No.6 informing the same. Only for the purpose of enquiry in that case, the petitioner was called to the police station and now the complaint given by respondent No.6 is closed. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to pressurize the petitioner to settle the disputes between himself and respondent No.6 regarding his retirement benefits.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 25-06-2018 Note:
