THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C.No.1841 and 1842 of 2015 COMMON ORDER Since both these revisions arise out of the common point, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. Crl.R.C.No.1841 of 2015 is filed against the order of dismissal dated 17.06.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.824 of 2014 in C.C.No.123 of 2011 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile Court), Kadapa. Crl.R.C.No.1842 of 2015 is filed against the order dated 21.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1103 of 2015 in C.C.No.123 of 2011 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile Court), Kadapa.

3. The petitioners/A1 and A2 filed the impugned applications seeking to permit Sri P. Pavan Kumar, Advocate, to appear on behalf of them for each and every adjournment of the Court and to condone their absence, respectively. By the orders impugned, both the applications were dismissed and issued NBWs against them. Aggrieved by the same, the present revisions are filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner is suffering from severe backache and the second petitioner is suffering from obesity and they are unable to travel to long distances and therefore, he prays to dispense with their presence before the trial Court.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel

for the petitioners as regards the ailments of the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court and make an application for recalling of NBWs pending against them. On filing such an application, the trial Court shall recall the warrant on the same day. Subsequently, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is insisted by the trial Court. The trial Court is also directed to permit the petitioners/A1 and A2 to represent through their counsel.

6. With the above directions, both the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
