The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner is required to pursue the remedy against the present grievance/cause of action in a properly instituted suit or proceeding. By leaving the available remedies open, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
