This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in File No.D1/3/2014 on 4.1.2014. Having heard the learned Counsel on either side and considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for hearin, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner in File No. D1/3/2014 on 4.1.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of being heard to both

the parties.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
