CVNR,J & MSKJ,J C.M.A.No.222 of 2017 06.07.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order, dated 21.12.2016, in I.A.No.1662 of 2015 in O.S.No.42 of 2015 on the file of the District Judge, Mahabubnagar.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.J.Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. 3.

The request of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant is accepted.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, C.M.A.M.P.No.374 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
