This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Crime No.168 of 2011 of NTPC Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in Crime No.168 of 2011 of NTPC Police Station, Karimnagar, was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 26.12.2014 before Lok Adalat. 3.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the instant case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
