When the matter is taken up, notices bearing Nos. G-039/UC/ACP6/60/GHMC/2017, dated 30.08.2017, and G-044/UC/ACP6/60/GHMC/2017, dated 30.08.2017, issued under Sections 452(1) & 461(1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 are placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of the same, the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to proceed further with the process pursuant to the said notices.

At the hearing, it is submitted by Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6, that appropriate final action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to proceed further with the process pursuant to the notices bearing Nos.G-039/UC/ACP6/60/GHMC/2017, dated 30.08.2017, and G-044/UC/ACP6/60/GHMC/2017, dated 30.08.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
