When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.DV Shrikant, learned counsel representing for Sri D.L.Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
