THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18506 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri T. Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 13.08.2018 to withdraw the Writ Petition as it was filed by mistake without instructions from his client to institute the Writ Petition and therefore seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An affidavit to that effect is also filed by the learned counsel on record explaining the reasons as to how the Writ Petition was instituted by mistake and without further instructions from his client. It is also appropriate to note that the petitioner filed W.P.No.20694 of 2018 challenging the very same proceedings and the said Writ Petition is separately listed for consideration.

Having regard to the averments stated in the affidavit as well as in the letter, dated 13.08.2018, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:24.08.2018 KH
