THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.13719 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in taking further steps pursuant to the registration of Crime in F.I.R.No.23 of 2013 dated 05.02.2013 on the file of the second respondent.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the registration of the said crime, investigation was taken up and a charge sheet has already been filed before the court concerned.
