Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt.K.Lalita, learned Standing Counsel for R.3 and the learned Government Pleader for R.1 and R.2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for consideration of their request and for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted representations on 14.11.2017 and 04.05.2018 to respondent No.3 and no action has been taken so far on the said representations till date. Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners to direct the 3rd respondent to verify the said representations and take appropriate action on the said representations in accordance with law.. On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 that if any such representations are pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representations, dated 14.11.2017 and 04.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate

orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
