Learned counsel for the petitioner submits a letter to the Registry dated 07.04.2015 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue the remedy before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, as it required to be done at the first instance. Permission is accorded and liberty as sought for is granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall also stand closed. No costs.
