Heard.
Petitioners claimed to be the beneficiaries of house site pattas granted in their favour by the 3rd respondent for an extent of Ac.0-01 cents each in Sy.No.208, S.W.L.A., Honjaram Village, Santakaviti Mandal, Srikakulam District. It is stated that they were granted loans under Indiramma Housing Scheme. It is stated that during the last week of July, 2015, respondents 3 and 4 visited to their house sites and threatened them to vacate from their house sites, as the said house sites are allotting to third parties. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that the said pattas have been verified and it is found to be not genuine and the same are treated as fake pattas, as they are not found in the register maintained for allotment of house sites. If the petitioners claimed to be in possession of the aforesaid respective house site pattas, it is for the 3rd respondent to verify the same and if he intends to take any action, he shall follow the due process of law and take necessary action as permissible under law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
