This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the petitioner's representation dt.05.07.2015 filed by the petitioner for mentioning her name as possessor of the subject land on the basis of title deed and pattadar passbook issued to her. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
