2. Petitioner states that the land in question is a private patta land and no Governmental interest is involved. By this writ petition, petitioner questions the action of the fourth respondent in declining to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner.

Learned Government Plodder has already received instructions, which state that Survey No.91-1 of Beechiganipalli Village is verified from the village records and it shows that Ac.5-42 cents thereof is an assigned land in faovur of one K.Anjinappa vide DAR Dis.No.19/81 dated 24.12.1971 and the petitioner's relation with the said assignee is not known.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has nothing to do with the said assigned land and disputed the assignment itself and the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is to receive and process the document.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner. The fourth respondent is further directed to receive and process the document in accordance with the Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and if the document is in conformity with the provisions, thereafter register and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. It is also made clear that in the event of registering authority not being satisfied with the compliance under the Registration Act or the Stamp Act, appropriate refusal endorsement together with reasons shall be recorded and communicated to the parties in terms of Section 71 of the Registration Act. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
