ORDER:- Heard.

2. The subject matter of the present writ petition relates to the land which is part of survey No.216/2 of Gandhingar colony, Chirala Revenue village, Chirala Town and Mandal, Prakasam District. This court had earlier considered similar writ petition relating to the same survey number viz., W.P.No.37327 of 2013 and the same was disposed of by order dated 03.02.2014.

3. Following the ratio in the said writ petition, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the fourth respondent to receive and process the conveyance deed in respect of the property owned by the petitioner, as and when the same is presented, and he shall process the same in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act,1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. If, however, the fourth respondent is of the opinion that the document presented for registration warrants denial, he shall pass orders in writing indicating the reasons for such refusal and communicate the same to the party in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
