HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO. 9386 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ or direction preferably writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not responding to the representation dated 15.3.2016 issued by the petitioners herein as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 15.3.2016 issued by the petitioners herein and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioners, Sri J. Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2 and Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 3 to 5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of grievance of the petitioners herein, they submitted a representation dated 15.03.2016 to the 4th respondent/Special Deputy Collector, Palvancha, Manuguru, Bhadradri, Kothagudem, but, no action has been taken so far. It is requested by the learned counsel appearing for petitioners that the said representation may

be directed to be disposed of by the Special Deputy Collector, Palvancha, by fixing some time frame.

4. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 & 2, and learned Government Pleader for respondents 3 to 5 that the said representation, dated 15.3.2016, will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directing the 4th respondent herein, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.03.2016, submitted by the petitioners, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
