HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.21575 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a direction in the form of Writ of Mandamus declaring Lr.No. CR/136-7/W.ZT/CCS/DD/06 dated 19.11.2007 addressed by the 2nd respondent requesting the 4th respondent to stop all transactions in respect of petitioner lands to an extent of Ac. 0.28 gts, Ac. 2.07 gts, Ac.3029 gts,Ac. 3.28 gts, Ac. 0-28 gts, Ac. 2.07 gts, Ac. 3.29 gts & Ac. 3-29 gts in Sy.Nos. 325/ఆ, 329/అ, 330/ఆ, 331/అ, 325/ ఆ, 329/ ఆ, 330/ ఆ, and 331/ ఆ respectively (Ac. 20-25 gts in total) situated at Alooru Village, Jedcherla Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District and endorsement made by the 4th respondent in requesting the petitioner firm to obtain NOC from the police department for registering the 'GPA' submitted by it as illegal, unjust and against the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein to register the document styled as 'General Power of Attorney' in respect of the said lands and pass such other orders.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner Sri V. Jithender Rao, would submit that in WPMP No. 28185 of 2008, this Court has passed an interim order dated 30.12.2008 and in view of the interim order, there is no need to pass any further orders in the main Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition may be closed.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition. No costs. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
