HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 18569 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in interfering with the petitioner's life and liberty in the matter of civil disputes to dispossess him, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ongole Taluq Police Station stating that the Police never called the petitioner to the Police Station nor interfered with the life and
liberty of the petitioner in civil disputes. Further the Police never acted against law nor tried to dispossess the petitioner from the property.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. _____________________________ JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKAR REDDY.
