This writ petition is filed to declare that the petitioner is entitled to be appointed as Junior Lecturer in S.S.& N.College Committee, Narasaraopet, Guntur District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.203, Education, dated 18-6-1999 as per law laid down by this court in M.THIRUPATHI REDDY v. GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND OTHERS.( ).

It is represented that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Government but the same is not considered and the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner for the post of Junior Lecturer in 'SS and N' College under the management of 'SS and N' College in terms of G.O.Ms.No.203, Education, dated 18-61999 and law laid down by this court in M.THIRUPATHI REDDY v. GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND OTHERS. (1st cited) and also in G.R.V.PRASADA RAO v. STATE OF A.P. HIGHER

EDUCATION DEPT. AND OTHERS ().

Considering the submission of advocate for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation if it is pending with them, if not petitioner is at liberty to present a fresh representation and on that respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.203, Education, dated 18-6-1999 and law laid down by this Court in M.THIRUPATHI REDDY v. GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND OTHERS. (1st cited) and also in G.R.V.PRASADA RAO v. STATE OF A.P. HIGHER EDUCATION DEPT. AND OTHERS (2nd cited) provided the petitioner is otherwise eligible.
