Petitioner has filed this Writ Petitioner assailing the action of 3rd respondent in proposing to retire the petitioner on attaining the age of 58 years.

Learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent Smt.B.Vijaya Lakshmi has placed before me copy of resolution dt.25-07-2016 passed by the 3rd respondent enhancing the age of superannuation of its employees to 60 years.

In view of the decision taken by 3rd respondent, the petitioner is entitled to continue in service till he attain the age of 60 years. 4.

The Writ Petition is allowed as above. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
