This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.149 of 2017 of Pedemul Police Station, Vikarabad Disrtrict.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in the subject crime has been quashed by this Court, vide order, dated 25.02.2019, passed in Criminal Petition No.1040 of 2019, in view of the compromise between the parties.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
